Ege bölgesi elit sporcularında dermatoglifik, antropometrik ve biyokimyasal verilerinin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Amaç. Embriyonel hayatta tamamlanan kişiye özel dermatoglifik örnek dağılımlarının farklılığından yola çıkılarak çalışmamızdaki Ege Bölgesi erkek elit sporcularının (ES) dermatoglifik örneklerinin, erkek sedanter bireylerden (SB) farkının olup olmadığının araştırılmasını ve her iki grubun antropometrik ve biyokimyasal verilerinin değerlendirilmesini amaçladık. Yöntem. Ege Bölgesindeki erkek ES lerin (n=105) ve erkek SB in (n=105) dermatoglifik örnek çalışmasını, el antropometrik ölçümlerini ve biyokimyasal testlerini gerçekleştirdik. Genetikte yardımcı tanı yöntemlerinden olan dermatoglifik çalışmasıyla, erkek ES ların ve erkek kontrol grubunun dermal örneklerini inceleyerek, erkek ES ların, erkek kontrol grubundan farklı örnek dağılımına sahip olup olmadıklarını araştırdık. Bulgular. Erkek ES ların ve SB lerin parmak ucu dermal örnekleri incelenerek, erkek ES lerin erkek SB lerden farklı örnek dağılımına sahip oldukları saptandı. Antropometrik ölçümlerle ES ve SB lerin 2.parmak uzunluğu / 4. parmak uzunluğu (2d:4d) oranı elde edildi. Erkek ES ve erkek SB lerin ortalama 2d:4d oranları sağ (p=0,34) ve sol (p=0,06) elleri için karşılaştırıldığında, anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Sağ (p=0,17) ve sol (p=0,23) el, 2d:4d oranı ile testosteron hormonu arasındaki korelasyon çalışmamızda anlamlı bulunmamıştır. Düzenli ve uzun süreli spor yapan kişilere ait bazı biyokimyasal parametrelerin yapmayanlara göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklar gösterdiği bulunmuştur. Sonuç. Çalışmamız, erkek ES ve erkek SB lerin dermatoglifik örnek dağılımı ile ilgili Ege Bölgesinde yapılan ilk çalışmadır. Dermatoglifik bulgularımızın bu alanda çalışacak araştırmacılara kaynak oluşturabileceğini düşünmekteyiz.

Aim. The aim of this study is to investigate whether the difference of dermatoglyphic samples in elite men athletes and sedantery individuals on the basis of individual dermatoglyphic sample differences which was completed in the embryonal life and evaluation of each of the two groups of anthropometric and biochemical data. Method. We performed to examine of dermatoglyphic samples, anthropometric measurements and biochemical tests in male elite athletes (n=105) and male sedentary subjects (n=105) in the Aegean region. With dermatoglyphic study which is auxiliary method in genetics, we searched whether elite athletes or control group who have different sample distribution from each other by examining of their dermal samples whether different from each other. Results. By examining dermal samples of men elite athletes and men sedentary people s fingertip, it is introduced that men elite athletes have different sample distribution from men sedentary people. We obtained the 2d:4d ratio of 105 elite athletes and 105 sedentary people by dermatoglphic study. When comparison of men elite ahtletes and men sedentary individuals average ratio of 2d:4d for right hand (p=0.34) and left hand (p=0.06), it is found that there is no significant relation. There was no significant correlation between the ratio 2d:4d and testosterone hormone for right hand (p=0.17) and left hand (p=0.23) in our study. It is found that there is statistically significant difference in some biochemical parameters belonged to the persons who do long-term and regular physical exercise compared to the others. Conclusion. This is the first study on the distribution of dermatoglyphic samples of men elite athletes and men sedentary individuals in Aegean region, Turkey. We think that our dermatoglyphic findings will be a resource for researchers working in this field.
