Takayasu arteritli bir gebede anestezi uygulaması

Abstract

Takayasu arteriti (TA); ender görülen, idiyopatik ve kronik inflamatuvar bir hastalıktır. Bu olgu su- numunda TA lı, sekonder hipertansiyon nedeniyle takip edilen, 29 yaşında ve 34 haftalık gebenin se- zaryen operasyonunda uygulanan anestezik yön- tem sunulmuştur. Medikal tedaviye rağmen, tansi- yonunun regüle olmaması ve fetal distres gelişmesi üzerine genel anestezi uygulanarak acil sezaryen operasyonu planlandı. Bu sunumda TA li ve yüksek riskli bir gebede anestezi uygulaması gözden geçi- rilmiştir.

Takayasu s arteritis is a rare, idiopathic and chro- nic inflammatory disease. We report a successful anesthetic management of caesarean section of a 29-year-old pregnant woman diagnosed as secon- dary hypertension associated with TA. Pregnant woman was scheduled for emergency caesarean section when fetal distress and uncontrolled hyper- tension developed. In this case, we report the suc- cessful anesthesia management in a high-risk preg- nanct woman with TA.
