| dc.description.abstract | infertil olgularda adenomyozisin görülme sıklığı, kesin tanınınhistopatolojik inceleme sonucuna dayanması nedeniyle bilinmemektedir. Biz de, nedeni açıklanamamış infertil olgularda adenomyozis görülmesini araştırmak, üzere, 11 primer infertil ve 11 fertil olgudan alınan myometrial biopsileri inceledik. Sonuçta infertil olguların birinde kesin, birinde olası adenomyoz saptadık. Bu durum adenomyozisin infertilitede etkili olabileceğini, akla getirmektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The incidence of adenomyosis in infertile patients is unknown due to the fact that definite diagnosis depends on histopathological examination. To investigate the existance of adenomyosis in infertile women, we have examined the myometrail biopsies taken from 11 infertile and 11 fertile women. We have found one certain and one possible adenomyosis in infertility group. This may suggest that adenomyosis may play a role in infertility. | |
